Abstract: A system and method for managing all aspects of life using an organizing application is described. The organizing application includes an email engine, a parser and categorizer, a calendar module, an appointment manager, a synchronization engine and a graphical user interface engine. The email engine receives and manages emails. The parser and categorizer receives emails from the email engine or information from another source including a social server. The parser and categorizer identifies a purpose for the information and categorizes the information. The calendar module generates calendar items for pre-existing appointments. The appointment manager makes appointments for users either automatically or after receiving user authorization. The graphical user interface engine generates a user interface for registering with the organizing application and viewing emails, calendar items, alerts and other gadgets.

Abstract: A method of forming a multi-user online collaboration includes automatically receiving and processing a plurality of communications, including comparing the plurality of communications with collaboration launch criteria. When a received communication meets the collaboration launch criteria, a participant in the communication is invited to generate a multi-user online collaboration. In some embodiments, the method includes identifying a group of communications, comparing the group of communications with the collaboration launch criteria to produce a comparison result, and generating a collaborative metric in accordance with the comparison result.

Abstract: A system and method for selectively delivering legal information communications for documents (e.g., advertisements). An input is received, wherein the input is a document delivery-triggering event operative to cause a document to be delivered to a user. A location associated with the input is identified. Based at least in part on the location, it is determined whether to provide a legal information communication. A document is delivered based at least in part on the input, wherein the document is delivered with a legal information communication if the location is determined to be in a legal information communication jurisdiction.
