Abstract: A system and method for removing, via a moving bed of sorbent, carbon dioxide from a reaction mixture in a reactor having a first region of a fixed bed of catalyst and a second region of the moving bed of sorbent separated from the first region by a perforated partition, performing in the reactor via the catalyst a reaction of reactants giving products of the reaction including at least a first product and carbon dioxide, sorbing carbon dioxide in the reactor by the sorbent to remove carbon dioxide from the reaction mixture having the reactants and the products, flowing sorbent having sorbed carbon dioxide from the reactor to a regenerator, heating the sorbent in the regenerator to remove sorbed carbon dioxide giving regenerated sorbent, flowing the regenerated sorbent to the reactor, and discharging an effluent including at least the first product from the reactor.

A procurement system is provided comprising at least one live hosted catalog and at least one staged hosted catalog. Catalog update files are received into the system, and a data integration component validates and imports the catalog updates to the staged catalog, and an authorized buyer user is presented a summary of the update information and, upon an acceptance of the updates by the buyer user, the catalog update information is promoted to the live hosted catalog. In one embodiment a central catalog service maintains status information of the updates and coordinates workflow. In another embodiment, the system evaluates the update information and determines whether an approval is required.

Abstract: A dynamic contact management system is provided for managing customer contacts in a customer service center and dynamically determining which actions to take—or which actions are permitted to be taken—with respect to customer contacts. The system can process data regarding attributes of an agent or group of agents, and generate scores to use in making the dynamic determinations. Based on the scores, the system can temporarily authorize agents to perform actions that they would not otherwise be authorized to perform, assign customer contacts to agents who are most likely to resolve a contact in a satisfactory manner, generate dynamic comparisons of agents, and the like.

Abstract: A medication ordering system comprises at least one repository including information identifying candidate medication orders and associated related order parameters including dosage and route of administration. An order processor, in response to user entry of text, compiles a list of medication orders, by, searching the information to identify order data items representing medication orders including matching text and by collating the identified order items to provide a compiled list. The compiled list having itemized hierarchical priority of, (1) orders most frequently placed by the user for a patient with a particular hospital admission department, (2) orders most frequently placed by multiple different users of the ordering system and (3) other orders placed by users of the ordering system. A display processor initiates generation of a display image enabling a user to select orders from the compiled list.
