  • Publication number: 20250215070
Abstract: The present invention is directed to anti-CTHRC1 fusion proteins, compositions comprising the same, and methods of using such anti-CTHRC1 fusion proteins and compositions for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer. Wherein anti-CTHRC1 fusion proteins comprise a first domain comprising a CTHRC1 binding moiety; and a second domain comprising a T cell engager; preferably wherein the T cell engager comprises a ligand for a receptor expressed on a T cell.

  • Publication number: 20250213710
Abstract: Collagen Triple Helix Repeat Containing 1 (CTHRC1) was identified from a subtractive hybridization cDNA library, seeking genes associated with repair of arterial injury. The present invention is directed to anti-CTHRC1 antibodies, compositions comprising the same, and methods of using such antibodies and compositions for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a disease or disorder, such as, e.g., cancer, bone disease, fibrotic disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis.

  • Publication number: 20230170050
Abstract: Systems and methods that receive as input microscopy images, extract features, and apply layers of processing units to compute one or more sets of cellular phenotype features, particularly antibodies, corresponding to cellular densities and/or fluorescence measured under different conditions. The system is a machine learning architecture having, in one aspect, a deep neural network, typically a convolutional neural network. The deep neural network can be trained and tested directly on raw microscopy images. The system computes class specific feature maps for every phenotype variable using a deep neural network. The system produces predictions for one or more reference antibody variables based on microscopy images within populations of cells.

  • Patent number: 7012049
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multiphase aqueous cleansing composition for cleansing human skin and hair, which when agitated forms a single application phase, and when left standing, the composition rapidly returns to an appearance having at least two visibly distinct aqueous phases. The multiphase aqueous cleansing composition of the present invention provides an esthetically interesting and useful cleansing composition for use as a body wash, shower gel, foam bath or shampoo. The aqueous multiphase cleansing composition comprises: a surfactant comprising a surfactant or salt thereof; one or more co-surfactants; a humectant; and a salt, wherein the cleansing composition is essentially free of a thickener or a detergent builder.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 26, 2004
Date of Patent: March 14, 2006
    Assignee: Clariant Finance (BVI) Limited
Inventors: Cheryl Littau, Torsten Henning, Sandra Porter, Sam Cooper
