  • Patent number: 9000739
Abstract: A soft-start circuit composed of active components and passive components and a soft-start voltage regulator based on this soft-start circuit are disclosed. The soft-start voltage regulator is coupled to a generator, a battery and a starter. When the starter is started, the soft-start voltage regulator receives the voltage of the battery to generate a soft-start signal, enabling the generator to establish a voltage. Further, after the generator established the voltage, the soft-start voltage regulator is shut off and the soft-start signal is outputted.

  • Patent number: 7861616
Abstract: A vehicle transmission is adapted to transmit a power output from an engine unit to a wheel. The vehicle transmission includes a driving unit and a speed-changing unit. The driving unit includes a main box, a first driving mechanism disposed within the main box and adapted to be driven by the engine unit, and an output shaft driven by the first driving mechanism. The speed-changing unit includes an auxiliary box connected removably to the main box, a second driving mechanism disposed within the auxiliary box and driven by the output shaft, and an axle parallel to the output shaft and driven by the second driving mechanism. The axle is connected fixedly to the wheel, and extends into the auxiliary box.

  • Publication number: 20090136280
Abstract: A lottery ticket printer comprising a base with an opening, a feeding mechanism, a worm gear set, a cam, an actuator and a thermal printer head. The feeding mechanism, the worm gear set and the actuator are disposed in the base. When a lottery ticket is placed at the opening, the feeding mechanism can automatically feed the lottery ticket into the base. The cam is attached to the worm gear set. The actuator is connected to the worm gear set. The thermal printer head is disposed under the cam. When the lottery ticket is inserted into the opening and stops under the thermal printer head, the actuator actuates the worm gear set to rotate, so as to drive the cam to press the thermal printer head down. After printing, the actuator actuates the worm gear set to rotate the cam, so as to lift the thermal printer head upward.

  • Patent number: 6442322
Abstract: This invention relates to an optical fiber management device that allows optical fiber to be placed in very restricted areas such as small modules. This device also provides an embedded conduit system that prevents the optical fibers from over bending and inhibits optical transmission. Moreover, the device of the present invention allows free movement of the optical fibers therethrough, if necessary. The result is a flexible and useful way to manage the location of the optical fibers and facilitate the connection of optical adapters.

  • Patent number: 6235307
Abstract: A medicated plaster includes a fabric base sheet, a medicated composition layer, and a waterproof isolating layer. The base sheet has an upper surface formed with an adhesive layer. The medicated composition layer is disposed above the adhesive layer, and has a medicated composition. The isolating layer is disposed between and is in contact with the adhesive layer and the medicated composition layer so as to prevent the medicated composition from contacting the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer has skin contact portions which are exposed on at least two opposite sides of the isolating layer. The protective layer is disposed on the medicated composition layer for covering the medicated composition layer.
