Abstract: An insulated container with a double wall construction having a removable partition centrally located within the container dividing the container into two compartments. A top is pivotally mounted on the partition and is constructed to close one of the compartments at a time. Liquid in one compartment flows to the other compartment through a connection provided at the bottom of the partition. The container, the partition and the top are all thermally insulated.

Abstract: A desk set of all plastic material with a base having front and rear surfaces and spaced apart openings therein with an instrument holder near one end of the base. The instrument holder has three hoops, one extending forwardly of the base and the other extending rearwardly of the base and each vertically spaced with respect to each other and a cone-shaped hoop at the bottom of the instrument holder extending forwardly of the base. A ledge extends rearwardly of the base at the bottom of the instrument holder providing a support surface. Two discs with indicia are rotatably mounted on the base so that a portion of each disc is in registry with a respective one of the openings in the base, and in one embodiment a rear brace maintains the discs in position. A brace extends rearwardly of the base to maintain the base in an upright position.

Abstract: A device for communicating in which a hollow frustum extending outwardly from a flat base has tabs at the ends thereof for holding a relatively rigid diaphragm having spaced apart apertures therein. A pair of these devices are interconnected by a cord or string, whereby conversation or sound projected into one of the devices is reproduced at the other device. Two devices are molded as a single integral unit and merchandised as an in-pack item with children's breakfast cereals.

Abstract: A toy object such as a submarine or the like with a ballast chamber and an air chamber dimensioned such that normally in a static position the body floats in water with only a small portion of the body extending out of the water. The ballast chamber is filled with water and the air chamber is buoyant and causes the top object to float. Diving planes extend outwardly from the body such that when a motor is activated the toy moves forward, submerges and stays submerged so long as there is forward motion. When the motor stops the toy object rises to its static position.
