In some aspects, a quality monitoring and mitigation system includes a processor configured to obtain call quality data for a call between a first telephone and a second telephone and analyze the call quality data to detect one or more call quality indicators. The processor is further configured to detect a call quality issue based on the one or more call quality indicators and implement a mitigation strategy for the call quality issue.
