  • Patent number: 5647272
Abstract: An extractor device for extracting, filtering, measuring, and containing a subsurface portion of liquid soup, which having less fat content mixed than a surface area, from a soup pot in a single dipping application; comprising: A cylinder, container body which has a center bottom hole for liquid to flow through. A perforated filter can be attached to the bottom hole for filtering during the extraction. The upper part of the container has a support structure and a handle connected. The plugging means is interconnected with the support structure to be constantly closing the bottom hole. The opening means is made to be activated to disengage the plugging means to open the bottom hole. Whereby the container can be dipped into a soup pot and set the bottom hole and a lower portion of the container at a subsurface of the liquid soup.

  • Patent number: 5564226
Abstract: The plant container is a hollow, taper-shaped container, which has a larger top end and a smaller bottom end. A circular bottom edge is connected to the inner side rim of the bottom end of the container. A flat, round removable bottom wall is set to rest on the bottom edge to enclose the bottom end of the container. The matching plant stand is a larger hollow, cylindrical structure. A cross wall is connected horizontally to the inner side wall of the plant stand to make a shallow tray on one end and a deep bowl on the other end. An adjustable bracing post member is connected vertically to a center of the cross wall of the bowl side. For an ordinary application, the plant container can be set on the shallow tray side of the plant stand during growing and decorating a type of plant. For an ejecting and setting means, the plant container can be rearranged to set on the bracing post of the bowl side of the plant stand.

  • Patent number: 5528961
Abstract: An ice bucket champagne opener apparatus, comprises: A cylinder ice bucket structure base to contain ice and a bottle of champagne. A lid attached and secured on the top of the ice bucket as an elevated base. The lid has a center round hole opening for the upper part of the champagne bottle to be set above the lid. A post support base is connected to the top of the lid to support an adjustable lever post. An elongated lever bar with a rear handle is connected pivotally across the top of the lever post. A cork container, which has the grasping means connected, is hung by a flexible connector with the front end of the lever bar. The cork container is floated above the lid and can be adjusted to slide to cover the champagne cork. The grasping means has a pair of cork grip flanges, which can be set to grasp and lock on the champagne cork. Whereby one can press the bottle down with one hand and press the lever bar with the other hand to tilt the cork container in pulling the cork off.

  • Patent number: 5507210
Abstract: A toggle joint band wrench for an oil filter; comprises: A pair of side connectors bases which have three functional sets of systems connected between them to combine in functioning as a device. They are: (a) A set of toggle joint mechanisms connected pivotally between the upper parts to support the central toggle joint and its top handle on the top center of the device. (b) A clamping means connected between the middle pans to function for moving the side connectors closer or away from each other. (c) A pair of curved, laminated, toothed, clamping bands connected between the lower parts with a circular opening for an oil filter to be placed in-between them. A handle is connected to the top of the toggle joint pivotally. The clamping means can be adjusted to move the bands closer to each other in clamping and locking onto the oil filter. The toggle joint system keeps the handle constantly centralized. The handle can be flipped to be set on a lateral position in two positions across from each other.
