  • Patent number: 12654088
Abstract: A golf putting system according to one embodiment includes a putt detector and a cup detector. The putt detector includes one or more sensors and a control circuit to detect when golf balls are putted. The cup detector includes one or more sensors and a control circuit to detect when golf balls enter a putting hole. The putt detector and the cup detector are configured for wireless communication with one another. The putt detector is configured to determine the number of putts taken and the number of putts made during a putting session in response to the putt detector detecting when golf balls are putted and the cup detector detecting when golf balls enter the putting hole. Optionally, the system may determine and display the distance between the putt detector and the cup detector. Other systems, devices, methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240400291
Abstract: A reusable container housing. The housing includes a hollow shell that receives a recyclable cup, e.g., filled with powdered detergent, and holds it sealed and secure. A lid of the housing, when placed on top of the shell to seal its top opening, causes the cup within to be pressed downward past a set of detents and locked thereby. The hollow shell includes an open bottom sealed with a flexible diaphragm. To eject the cup from the housing (e.g., when it is empty), the lid is removed, and the flexible diaphragm is pushed upward thereby forcing the cup upward and past the detents. The cup may then be removed and replaced.

  • Patent number: 11766145
Abstract: A reusable container holder is provided. In some embodiments, the container includes a recyclable can and the holder includes a housing in which the can is held. The assembly also includes a locking assembly designed to lock the can within the holder until intentionally removed, and a sealing assembly designed to ensure that the interface between the can (when opened) and the holder is fluid-tight. In use, a can of fluid (e.g., liquid detergent) is first opened and then inserted into the reusable container holder. Once placed in its proper position within the holder, the can is automatically locked and sealed in place. The holder includes a removable top cap that once removed allows the fluid from the can to be poured. When the can is empty, the can is release from the holder so that a new can may be inserted.
