Abstract: A method of performing an encoded gate on a logical qubit, wherein the encoded gate includes the port portion and an ancillary portion, and wherein a lower surface of the port portion is coupled to an upper surface of the ancillary portion, includes performing a first plurality of stabilizer measurement on the port portion, performing both single qubit and dual qubit measurements on a plurality regions of the ancillary portion to generate topological features such as a twists, domain walls, and defects within a bulk region of the encoded S gate.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing fault-tolerant post-selection (FTPS) on an encoded logical qubit. An FTPS controller receives syndrome graph data related to an encoded logical qubit. The encoded logical qubit includes a plurality of physical qubits encoded with a quantum error correcting code. The FTPS controller determines a respective magnitude for one or more logical gaps from the syndrome graph data, and determines an error metric based on the magnitudes of the logical gaps. The error metric is compared to a quality threshold, and depending on whether the quality threshold is met, the FTPS controller provides instructions to a quantum computing system to either keep or discard the logical qubit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a social entertainment platform that supports live social video streaming and messaging. One common use for this social entertainment platform is to allow audience members to watch and interact with a person playing an electronic game. The social entertainment platform allows a streamer to stream live (in substantially real-time) on a network(s), such as the Internet, for a live audience to view and to respond to the live entertainment. The social entertainment platform includes several unique areas, including a real-time broadcasting component, a real-time messaging component, and an integrated user interface (UI) component, that make the social entertainment platform advantageous to use over traditional platforms.
