  • Publication number: 20220396808
Abstract: The technology described herein provides variant adeno-associated viral capsid polypeptides and viruses comprising the same. Further provided herein are methods for delivering a viral payload using viruses comprising variant capsid polypeptides described herein. Described herein are viral vectors comprising a variant sequence of the capsid gene, VP1. In particular, viral vectors with capsid polypeptide mutations that modify tropism of the viral particles relative to particles with wild-type capsid polypeptide are described.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 6, 2020
    Publication date: December 15, 2022
Applicant: PRESIDENT AND FELLOWS OF HARVARD COLLEGE
Inventors: Eric KELSIC, Sam SINAI, George M. CHURCH
  • Publication number: 20210230229
Abstract: The technology described herein provides viral capsid polypeptides bearing mutations that alters tissue tropism of a virus comprising the viral capsid polypeptide. In various embodiments, tissue tropisim to the heart, kidney, liver, lung, spleen, or blood is altered.

  • Publication number: 20200271289
Abstract: A linear lighting system and apparatus configured for easy and efficient installation and to reduce unattractive shadows, gaps, or light leaks is provided. In certain embodiments, the linear lighting system comprises a plurality of lighting assemblies joined contiguously together with a draw latch assembly and each of the lighting assemblies comprising a housing, a light source, and a power source. More specifically, the draw latch assembly comprises a draw latch and a latch keeper which, when engaged, removably secures a first lighting assembly to a second lighting assembly. In use, there may be more than two lighting assemblies which may be removably secured to one another in this manner in a variety of configurations.
