Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to identifying and resolving consumer transactions using consumer call analytics. The computing platform may monitor consumer transactions and score each detected transaction. The computing platform may predict, using the score associated with the transaction, whether the consumer may request assistance with the transaction. The computing platform may receive, from the consumer, a request for assistance with at least one transaction. The computing platform may use a unique consumer identifier to identify transactions associated with the consumer. The computing platform may determine whether at least one similar consumer request for assistance was previously received. If at least one similar consumer request for assistance was previously received, the computing platform may retrieve the previously received request and a corresponding solution.
