  • Publication number: 20060121370
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus removing a burr of a core. When a burr formed at a core 60 is removed by connecting a plurality of metal balls 40 to a lifting plate 30, which moves up and down along a guide portion 70 by a device lifting cylinder 10, is disposed over a product extracting vehicle 50, and moves up and down over the product extracting vehicle 50 by a plate lifting cylinder 20, the core obtained from a coldbox machine is disposed at a lower portion of an apparatus removing the burr by the product extracting vehicle 50. When the device lifting cylinder 10 is operated, the lifting plate 30 is disposed on an upper surface of the product extracting vehicle 50. By moving the lifting plate 30, which is disposed on the upper surface of the product extracting vehicle 50 up and down at an upper portion with the plate lifting cylinder 20. as the metal balls 40 installed to the lifting plate 30 contacts the core, the burr formed at the core 60 is removed.
