Abstract: The present disclosure relates, in part, to compositions comprising the compound of Formula (I), and polymerized compositions thereof. In certain embodiments, the compositions further comprise at least one compound of Formula (IIa) and Formula (IIb). In another aspect, the present disclosure relates to methods of preparation of the polymer compositions of the present disclosure, the method comprising contacting the compound of Formula (I) and a photoinitiator in the presence of a solvent to form a gyroid mesophase gel and irradiating the gyroid mesophase gel with UV light. In certain embodiments, the contacting further comprises at least one compound of Formula (IIa) and Formula (IIb).
