Abstract: A combined powder and liquid delivery device includes a housing having a powder chamber and a liquid chamber. The device includes an applicator tip having a powder delivery channel extending between a proximal end and a distal end of the applicator tip that is in fluid communication with the powder chamber, and a liquid delivery channel that extends from the proximal to the distal end of the applicator tip that is in fluid communication with the liquid chamber. The delivery device includes a powder inlet port in fluid communication with the powder chamber, and a liquid inlet port in fluid communication with the liquid chamber. A powder delivery system is in fluid communication with the powder inlet port, the powder chamber, and the powder delivery channel. A liquid delivery system is in fluid communication with the liquid inlet port, the liquid chamber, and the liquid delivery channel.

Abstract: A system comprising an adjustable mount arm, a bronchoscope coupled to the adjustable mount arm, an attachment coupled to the bronchoscope, and a steerable sheath coupled to the attachment and configured to be inserted through the bronchoscope. The system further includes a flexible probe configured to be inserted through the steerable sheath and the bronchoscope.

Abstract: A distal targeting device for a surgical instrument includes a field generator having a coupling element configured to receive a shaft that is elongate along an axis and a bridge connectable to the field generator so as to be spaced from the field generator in a proximal direction with respect to the axis. The bridge includes an attachment device that is connectable to a tool that is configured to manipulate the shaft. The bridge also includes a pair of arms configured to clasp a body of the tool in a manner substantially rigidly coupling the bridge to the tool. At least one of the arms is positionable with respect to the attachment member at a distance that is adjustable so as to enable the arms to substantially rigidly clasp tool bodies having one or more of various shapes and sizes.
