Abstract: The present disclosure provides a compound of Formula I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, complexes, hydrates, solvates, tautomers, polymorphs, stereoisomers, racemates, pharmaceutically active derivatives thereof. The compounds of Formula I act as antagonists to adenosine receptors. The present disclosure also provides a process for preparation of compounds of Formula I and pharmaceutical composition thereof.
