  • Publication number: 20180183836
Abstract: A discovery driven web-based application resource security analyzer (“resource security analyzer”) can be designed that learns the protection status of application resources and the desired protection status of application resources and rectifies differences between the protection status and desired protection status. The resource security analyzer can do this efficiently at an enterprise scale. When initialized, the resource security analyzer goes through a learning phase, wherein an agent(s) of the resource security analyzer discovers the resources accessed by the application requests. The resource security analyzer determines the protection status. A report on the protection statuses of the resources is generated and displayed.

  • Publication number: 20140107616
Abstract: A needle connector assembly comprises a hemostatic segment and a side tube. The hemostatic segment comprises an opening permitting passage of a guidewire therethrough. The hemostatic segment comprises a proximal portion comprises a perimeter ring and a spanning member. The distal portion comprises a bell or rounded configuration. Upon insertion of a guidewire, the hemostatic segment generally seals around the guidewire such that blood or other fluids are prevented from entering the area proximal to the hemostatic segment. The side tube comprises a closed distal end and is positioned between the proximal end and the distal end of the needle connector assembly. The side tube is in fluid communication with the passageway of the connector assembly and is adapted to receive blood or other fluids. The connector assembly is adapted for connection with a needle assembly.

  • Patent number: 8500675
Abstract: The assembly comprises two or more catheter tubes fused together to form a fused catheter bundle. Each tube has at least one lumen extending longitudinally through the catheter from its distal end to its proximal end and wherein at least one of said tubes comprises a pressure resistant lumen. The tubes are fused together by use of heat & pressure generated by heat shrinkable tube slides positioned over a segment of the catheter tubes while mandrels are positioned within each tube lumen. After cooling, the heat shrinkable tube may be removed and the mandrels removed such that and the fused catheter bundle is formed. One or more of the tubes may be of a different hardness, material and/or color. A distal end of the fused catheter bundle can be split free floating, stepped or tapered tipped. A non fused portion may form catheter extension legs.

  • Patent number: 7740780
Abstract: Multitube catheter and method for making the same are provided. The assembly includes two or more tube fused together to form one catheter tube shaft. Each tube has at least one lumen extending longitudinally through the catheter from its distal end to its proximal end. The tubes are fused together by use of heat & pressure. Heat and pressure can be generated by heat sensitive tube slides over a segment of catheter tubes while metallic mandrels are passed through each tube lumen to protect the lumens during fusion. The heat sensitive tube will shrink once heat is applied. The heat sensitive tube will shrink and apply the required pressure over the catheter tubes. Continual heating will melt and re-shape the catheter tubes inside the heat sensitive tube while the letter will not be affected due to its high melting temperature. After cooling, the heat sensitive tube is to be removed, the metallic mandrels are pulled back and the tubes forming the united catheter tube.

  • Patent number: 6262514
Abstract: The application seeks to eliminate errors introduced by bearings and supports. It does so by integrating the drive means, in the form of a piezoelectric actuator, into the bearing or support. Thus the bearing no longer acts against the drive means, eliminating errors. It also describes a drive mechanism for elongate prismatic objects (140). The mechanism uses piezoelectric drives (148) and achieves very high accuracy of positioning with minimal backlash etc, whilst occupying only a small volume. This makes it suitable for use in electro-discharge machining and electro-discharge texturing operations where one or more wire electrodes (140) need to be positioned accurately with respect to a workpiece and maintained in that relative position as the workpiece erodes and the electrode (140) is consumed.
