  • Patent number: 11824725
Abstract: A method for testing network interaction defines a set having a plurality of network nodes, wherein the network nodes within the set are in signal communication with each other and wherein at least one of the network nodes is emulated by a processor. A set of transactions between network nodes is defined by repeated steps of defining a request message for message transfer between at least a first node and a second node; and defining, for each request message, at least one corresponding response message for transfer between the second node and the first node. The method executes the defined set of transactions and tracks and records performance data from the set of network nodes participating in the set of transactions, and displays the recorded performance data.

  • Publication number: 20210232494
Abstract: A method for testing interaction between processors on a network provides a test automation framework that defines a schema comprising a set of keywords and a corresponding grammar for generating one or more test scripts, wherein each test script identifies a behavior related to a network address. At least one feature file is executed, having one or more test scripts with instructions that are generated according to the defined schema. For each executed test script, a test output report lists results related to network handling of the executed test script by the corresponding network address. The method displays the generated test output report.

  • Publication number: 20140071223
Abstract: A method for video conferencing among nodes on a network identifies a host node in a first subnet and one or more additional participating nodes and identifies, from among the additional participating nodes, at least one active participant node. For the host node and for each of the participating nodes, a spanning tree is generated for communication with other nodes. The spanning trees provide multicast communication between a first reflector node and one or more participating nodes in the first subnet, and provide a unicast communication channel between the first reflector node in the first subnet and a second reflector node in a second subnet. The spanning tree for the host node is configured for a unicast communication channel to the at least one active participant node. Video conference content is transmitted from the host node and presented at the participating nodes according to the spanning trees.
