Abstract: A water-resistant casing for a portable electronic device is provided. The water-resistant casing may include a front cover. The front cover may include a water-resistant film enabling a user operation of the portable electronic device through the water-resistant film, and an impact-absorbing seal to provide water resistance and impact absorption. The water-resistant casing may also include a back cover coupled to the front cover. The back cover may include a material that is at least water-resistant or impact-absorbing. The water-resistant casing may further include a sealing structure to provide a water-resistant seal, and a latching mechanism for enclosing the water-resistant casing. The water-resistant casing may further include at least one mounting point and at least one impact-absorbing structure for providing additional impact absorption.

Abstract: A detachable mounting system for securing an electronic device is provided. The system includes a first mounting body coupled with the electronic device, and the first mounting body includes a magnetic mounting piece. The system also includes a second mounting body capable of being coupled with a supporting base or surface, and the second mounting body includes a first end coupled to the first mounting body and a second end coupled with the supporting base or surface, with at least one of the first and second end enabling at least one of relative horizontal, vertical, pivoting, swiveling, and rotating movements of the electronic device relative to the supporting base or surface. The system also includes a magnetic securing device detachably coupled between the first mounting body and the second first end of the second mounting body through the magnetic force between the magnetic mounting piece and the magnetic securing device.

Abstract: A signal switch for sharing a video monitor, a plurality of console devices compliant with an industry standard and one or more than one peripheral device in any of a plurality of computer systems, is provided. A KVM switch allows all the computers connected to the switch to share any USB peripheral devices, and which can switch the KVM channels and peripheral channels to a common computer or to different computers either asynchronously or synchronously without interruption of data flow to that peripheral when the switch is changed. In another embodiment the KVM switch allows a keyboard and a mouse of a user console to separately control two different computers. In another embodiment, the KVM switch is connected to the computers via computer connection modules and connected to a user console and peripheral devices via a console connection module.
