Abstract: A sequencing apparatus may include a bio-disk having reaction regions in which nucleic acids are polymerized; a stage configured to revolve around an axis, the stage including optical heads for detecting lights emitted from the plurality of reaction regions due to the polymerization of the nucleic acids; and/or a control unit configured to generate data regarding base sequences of the nucleic acids in the reaction regions based on wavelengths of the lights detected by the plurality of optical heads. An optical head may include a light emitting unit configured to emit light toward a reaction region in which nucleic acids are polymerized; a light receiving unit configured to receive the light emitted by the light emitting unit; a de-multiplexing unit configured to de-multiplex the light received by the light receiving unit; and/or a plurality of photoelectric converting units configured to convert the de-multiplexed light to electrical signals.

The state information is information which is provided to the server from at least one network entity of a plurality of network entities included in the enterprise mobility system and is collected.

Abstract: A communication method to transfer user operation information includes, if a user's operation is input through the electronic device, and if the electronic device then receives a command from a host device while the electronic device is connected to the host device, transmitting information to the host device notify the host device of the user's operation. Therefore, it is possible for a user to command the host device to perform a frequently used function through a simple operation of the electronic device, without a need to be aware of the complex usage of an application.

Abstract: A memory system includes a plurality of memory devices on a printed circuit board, each of the memory devices including a plurality of external pads; a plurality of connection terminals formed on the printed circuit board, and electrically connected to respective ones of the external pads; and a plurality of signal lines formed on the printed circuit board to connect the connection terminals with the external pads, each of the signal lines between a corresponding connection terminal and a corresponding external pad and having a length. The plurality of memory devices are arranged at different distances from the plurality of connection terminals, and each signal line that connects a connection terminal to an external pad of a memory device either is connected to or does not connect a stub resistor depending on a length of the line.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device may include patterning a substrate to form trenches, forming a sacrificial layer to cover inner surfaces of the trenches, the sacrificial layer having a single-layered structure, forming sacrificial patterns by isotropically etching the sacrificial layer such that the sacrificial layer remains on bottom surfaces of the trenches, forming lightly doped regions in sidewalls of the trenches using the sacrificial patterns as an ion mask, removing the sacrificial patterns, and sequentially forming a gate insulating layer and a gate electrode layer in the trenches.

Abstract: A flash memory device and an electronic device employing thereof are provided for efficiently processing data that is larger than a page size of a data block and for processing data that is smaller than the page size of the data block. The flash memory device preferably includes a plurality of flash arrays therein and the plurality of flash arrays is divided into partitions depending on at least two or more page sizes, thereby advantageously improving the performance of random write.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for moving a user interface (UI) by using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) are provided. A first remote UI client stores UI state information when a user makes a request for the movement of a UI through the first remote UI client, the first remote UI client transmits UI state information together with UI information to a second remote UI client that the user has selected in order to move the UI, and the second remote UI client restores the UI of the first remote UI client from the received UI information and UI state information. Accordingly, the UI can be moved quickly and easily without going through a remote UI server.
