Abstract: A computerized workflow automation method is provided for defining a business process by a user, implemented by executing instructions stored in memory using a processor coupled to the memory. The method includes: defining the business process and a plurality of tasks associated with the business process, the tasks including a first task and a second task; defining a process level service level agreement (PLSLA) for the process; defining task level service level agreements including at least a first task level service level agreement (TLSLA) for the first task and a second TLSLA for the second task; assigning the first task to a first user group and assigning the second task to a second user group; and storing data representative of the process, each of the tasks, the first TLSLA, the second TLSLA, the PLSLA, and each of the user groups, in the memory.

For clients, the system offers several advantages including allowing clients to select professionals from a pre-qualified list of professionals, to provide their personal data only once to the system, to have their cases transferred from one professional to another electronically, and the ease of quick response to inquiries and electronic billing. For the legal professionals, the advantages include customized profile pages, membership in an exclusive network of pre-qualified professionals, referral of work, the ability to automate many mundane tasks for filling out various forms with similar customer data, and the ability to safely transfer or receive cases with complete electronic records, and the ability to collaborate with other professionals on a given case.

Abstract: AskMyEsq is an automated business methodology that eliminates the need for front office and in-person advisory services in firms. AskMyEsq involves customers contacting attorneys directly via E-mail for advisory services, thus eliminating the cumbersome process of contacting the front office of the firm to schedule time to talk with an attorney and make a payment for the services. AskMyEsq helps faster and 24×7 reach out to attorneys. The system will help firms make attorneys accessible to customers at all times in an affordable way by eliminating the overheads of having the traditional front office. In AskMyEsq, attorneys directly receive advisory requests on-line from customers. Upon receipt of the request, attorneys analyze the request, give professional response, specify a fee and optionally reserve a time-slot. Customers will then be able to view the advisory given and/or confirm the time-slot for meeting by paying the designated fee on-line.

Abstract: The present invention “Web-based Immigration Case Creation System” pertains to the web-based method of creating and assigning a case to immigration attorneys. Following Clients' request, the invention assigns individual log-in IDs and passwords to the customer portal enabling clients to log-into their individual account and space. Once in their account in the customer portal, clients can create cases in just few clicks and get an instant e-mail confirmation with a case petition number. The invention also continues to benefit clients, their beneficiaries, and attorneys servicing as a one medium of communication through which various supporting documents are uploaded, comments and instructions are given to each case created using the web-based case creation system.
