    Abstract: The invention is a multi-beam flashlight device with a high intensity lamp in a rotatable reflector housing at one end of the device, and a low intensity lamp positioned in the reflector housing to generate a low intensity light beam at an acute angle relative to the high intensity beam. Each lamp bulb is controlled individually by separate switches located on the case of the flashlight. A flat-sided ring member encircles the rotatable reflector housing to prevent the flashlight from rolling when placed on a surface. The low intensity lamp may be designed to produce a colored low intensity beam to reduce visual detection from a distance.
