  • Patent number: 8590807
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an atomizer having a body with an inner portion and an outer portion; an atomizer member; and outlet channels about the spraying axis (X1) for ejecting air so as to shape the spray of material. The atomizer also has an outlet chamber communicating with the outlet channels; and an inlet duct for feeding air to the outlet channels. The atomizer also includes at least two intermediate chambers juxtaposed and extending about the spraying axis (X1); axial intermediate channels, two juxtaposed intermediate chambers being interconnected via a set of intermediate channels distributed about the spraying axis (X1); and outlet ducts distributed about the spraying axis (X1).

  • Publication number: 20110277685
Abstract: This atomizer (P) comprises: a body comprising an inner portion (20) and an outer portion; an atomizer member (1); outlet channels (42) about the spraying axis (X1) for ejecting air (J42) so as to shape the spray of material (J1); an outlet chamber (324) communicating with the outlet channels (42); and an inlet duct (201) for feeding air to the outlet channels (42). This atomizer (P) further comprises: at least two intermediate chambers (210, 230, 250) juxtaposed and extending about the spraying axis (X1); axial intermediate channels (221-224, 241-248), two juxtaposed intermediate chambers (210, 230, 250) being interconnected via a set of intermediate channels (221-224, 241-248) distributed about the spraying axis (X1); and outlet ducts (261-268) distributed about the spraying axis (X1).

  • Patent number: 7931215
Abstract: This device comprises a sprayer (10) and a reservoir (9) for feeding the sprayer with fluid. The reservoir (9) defines a cylindrical housing (L9) in which there slides (F1) a piston (91) forming a moving wall (91a) for a storage volume (V9) for storing the coating fluid. The housing (L9) is defined by a jacket (92) placed in a support-forming body (95). The jacket (92) has an end wall (93) co-operating with the peripheral wall (96) of the jacket (92) and with the piston (91), to define the above-mentioned storage volume (V9). No interstice are present in which the coating fluid could accumulate, thereby making the reservoir (9) easier to clean.

  • Publication number: 20100116905
Abstract: The invention concerns a device comprising a sprayer (10) and a reservoir (9) feeding product to the sprayer. Said reservoir (9) defines a cylindrical housing (L9) wherein slides (F1) a piston (91) forming a mobile wall (91a) for a volume (V9) for storing coating product. Said housing (L9) is delimited by a sleeve (92) arranged in a support-forming body (95). The sleeve (92) is provided with a base (93) delimiting, with the peripheral wall (96) of the sleeve (92) and the piston (91), said storage volume (V9). There is no interstice wherein the coating product could accumulate, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the reservoir (9).
