    Abstract: A manufacturer to dealer incentive program allows the manufacturer to incentivize sales of the dealer. The manufacturer allocates credits to the dealer for vehicles sold by the dealer, and the dealer assigns the credits to individual vehicles in the dealer's inventory. When a sales person of the dealer sells a particular vehicle having credits assigned to it, the manufacturer provides an incentive to the sales person as a function of the number of credits assigned to the particular vehicle.
