Abstract: Respirator masks may include a respirator mask body and a respirator mask gasket. The respirator mask body may include a plurality of openings for the exchange of gas and an air filtration media configured to filter particles from air passing into and out of the respirator mask body. The respirator mask gasket may be coupled to the respirator mask body and may be sized and shaped responsively to a three-dimensional scan of a portion of user's face including the user's nose and mouth and being configured to closely abut the user's face when worn. A combination of respirator mask body and respirator mask gasket may be positioned within a donning mechanism that facilitates positioning of the combined respirator mask body and respirator mask gasket over the user's face and retention thereon.
