Abstract: A method for implementing lock control of hardware and software features in a device comprises authorizing, using a menu displayed on the device, a customer for implementing lock control on the device for a group of users, blocking the group of users from accessing each system feature switched off by the customer, and blocking the group of users from accessing each application switched off by the customer. The device is a mobile device, such as a mobile phone, a smartphone, or a tablet.
