  • Publication number: 20240144188
Abstract: A system is configured to track and provide objective behavioral data of employees based upon an employee's engagement with communications, resources, tools, and other content distributed via an organization's information systems and software. This behavioral data may be combined into an employee profile that includes employee demographic and employment information and may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence or expert function to provide a quantitative metric that describes the likelihood that the employee will depart an organization during an upcoming time period. A dashboard is provided that summarizes and visualizes quantitative metrics and other employee information and provides tools for creating a retention plan for particular employees. When selecting actions for a retention plan, an employee profile is updated to reflect the action and re-analyzed to provide a quantitative metric describing the net effect of the action on employee retention.

  • Publication number: 20230406235
Abstract: Remote power supply systems are provided for motor vehicles for powering auxiliary devices separate from the vehicles. Exemplary remote power supply systems may include one or more exportable power outlet boxes that include electrical power outlets for connecting the auxiliary devices. The electrical power outlets may be powered by a generator system of the vehicle. A retractable power extension cord may be connected to one or more of the electrical power outlets for repositioning the electrical power outlets at a distance away from the vehicle. Users may also supply their own extension cord, in which case a human machine interface of the system may allow the users to enter extension cord-related parameters. A control module of the system may determine a maximum recommended power limit of the extension cord based on known cord-related parameters. The control module may further issue alerts or power shutdown commands when certain extension cord overload or overtemperature conditions exist.

  • Publication number: 20230105569
Abstract: Charging guidance systems and methods for charging electrified vehicles may be configured to influence a user’s charging decisions in a manner that simplifies the vehicle charging experience. Exemplary charging guidance systems may be configured to coach the user to charge a traction battery pack of the vehicle at a lower level charging option as opposed to a higher level charging option. Charging at lower level charging options when certain conditions are met reduces the amount of times the vehicle is charged using more aggressive charging methodologies, thereby improving battery performance, reducing costs, and preserving the life/warranty and asset utilization of the traction battery pack over the entire usage life of electrified vehicles.
