The latter is intended to extend as far as the base of the bottle (2) which is to be fitted with the dispenser, and it opens out at the top into a valve device in the head. This valve device has a regulating means (39) which can be moved axially in relation to the bottle (2) and is biased in the closing direction by a spring (17), and can be opened by manual pressure being applied to the push-button (15) from above. This reduces pressure in the interior of the suction tube (11) to ambient pressure, as a result of which liquid is expelled from the bottle (2), by way of the internal pressure prevailing in the bottle (2), out of the lower mouth opening of the suction tube (11) via the pouring channel (4).
