Abstract: An exercise device or machine is provided. The exercise device includes a first upright and a second upright. Each of the uprights may include a top end, a bottom end, and a plurality of openings in between. The plurality of openings of the first upright aligns with the plurality of openings of the second upright. The exercise device further includes a base. The bottom end of the uprights may be attached to the base. The base is configured to support the first upright and the second upright in a vertical position when the base is resting on a surface. At least one pole is sized to fit through the aligned openings of the first and second uprights.
