  • Patent number: 12576461
Abstract: A laser etching system for marking one or more objects stored in a container includes a conveyor line and a conveyor drive. A laser etching unit is disposed above at least the second portion of the conveyor line and has a laser engine unit and a scan head assembly communicatively connected to the laser engine unit. A laser distance sensor is configured to detect an open container having one or more objects stored therein by taking a distance measurement from and differentiating between a low surface and a high surface, wherein the low surface corresponds to a conveyor surface of the second portion that is positioned directly underneath the laser distance sensor.

  • Patent number: 12434334
Abstract: An adjustable fixture assembly for marking objects, such as rifle(s), includes a base and an adjusting device. The base includes a platform having a first end, a second end, a pair of side walls, and a pair of tracks extending between the first end, and a second end. An activator section includes a neck section and a motor section including a motor having a circular base and a clamping surface for engaging the rear side of the rifle, wherein the clamping surface includes a first axis. The activator section includes a cradle member for holding the rifle(s). A laser marking device marks the rifle, as the rifle is fixedly attached to the cradle. As the cradle rotates about the axis, the laser marking device marks various surfaces of the rifle(s) at various angles thereby allowing variety and flexibility in laser marking.

  • Publication number: 20250073812
Abstract: A fume booster device connected to a laser marking apparatus to collect fumes accumulated in the apparatus while the apparatus is in its operational mode. The fume booster device includes a body, a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, a top wall, and side walls. Am exhaust port is connected to and extends from the bottom wall. The exhaust port of a fanbuster is used to remove fumes inside the apparatus to the outside. The side wall includes a control port used to control on and off modes and the speed of the device. The front wall includes an open surrounded by a gasket to seal around the flange. A plurality of magnets are used to hold the device to the apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20240316701
Abstract: An adjustable fixture assembly for marking objects, such as pistols, includes a base and an adjusting device. The base includes a platform having a first end, a second end, a pair of side walls, and a pair of tracks extending between the first end, and a second end. An activator section includes a neck section and a motor section including a motor having a circular base and a clamping surface for engaging the rear side of the pistol, wherein the clamping surface includes a first axis. The activator section includes a cradle member for holding the pistol. A laser marking device marks the pistol, as the pistol is fixedly attached to the cradle. As the cradle rotates about the axis, the laser marking device marks various surfaces of the pistol at various angles thereby allowing variety and flexibility in laser marking.
