Abstract: The present invention relates to implantable medical devices (dental and orthopedic) (osseointegrable implants) textured by the additive manufacturing process. Such implants are prepared in such a way as to comprise a larger surface area of contact between implant/adjacent tissues, porous microstructure with complex geometry with controlled and diversified pore size, which confers several technical advantages. In addition, the present invention relates to the process of preparing said implants and/or screws with an optimized structure for accelerating osseointegration. Finally, the present invention refers to the use of said implants as carriers of drugs or cells in order to treat the site, promote its healing, tissue regeneration or promote cell growth.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an instrument of medical/dental insertion, the instrument comprising: an axle; a fixing region; and an insertion element; where the fixing region makes the connection of the insertion element and the axle; the axis rotating the insertion element when connected; where the fastening region comprises a magnet configured to fix the insertion element on the axle. Thus, one of the advantages of the present invention is to eliminate the natural wear that occurs in the retention, mechanical type, between the tools, besides facilitating the handling of instruments.

Abstract: The present invention describes a dental insertion tool, comprising: an axle and an insertion element; wherein the axle comprises a axle attaching region; the insertion element comprises a attaching region of the insertion element; in which axle's attaching region and the insertion element's attaching region make the connection between the said axle and the said insertion element; the axle rotating the insertion element when connected; wherein the axle fixation region comprises a torque limiting element, which may be an shear pin and a hole located in the attaching region of the insertion element or a latch and spring lock set wherein the latch hooks in the internal grooves of the insertion element's attaching region.
