Abstract: A universal fitness machine includes an upright frame formed of a base and a post, a swivel arm mechanism, which has a transverse bar fastened to the top end of the post and two cantilever units respectively rotatably connected to the two distal ends of the transverse bar, each cantilever unit having an elastic rope that has an inner end connected to the respective cantilever unit and an outer end extending to the free end of the respective cantilever and mounted with a grip, a lifter, which has a slide coupled to the post, a seat pad affixed to the front side of the slide and two handles fastened to two opposite lateral sides of the seat pad. By means of pulling the elastic rope or lifting the lifter, the universal fitness machine is used for multiple weight-training exercises.

Abstract: A collapsible trolley includes a push rod, a holder, a central rod, a connecting rod, and two wheel rods. The central rod and the two wheel rods are coupled with a wheel, respectively. The push rod is movably connected with the holder, and connected with the central rod via a movable sleeve. The connecting rod is bent and inserted through the push rod, and has two ends connected with the two wheel rods. One end of each of the two wheel rods is pivotally connected to the central rod. When in use, the trolley is quickly extended to form a three-wheel trolley. When not in use, the trolley is able to be collapsed quickly, reducing its size.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a multi-function exercise apparatus which is comprised of a support platform, front and rear frames, footboards, a sliding seat assembly, spring devices and a seat back. Particularly, the sliding seat assembly is mounted on the platform and has the spring devices installed at both sides thereof. Each spring device consists of a spring, a first stem upwardly attached to the seat back and a second stem downwardly secured to the sliding seat assembly, thereby generating a resistant force while propping against the seat back in order to apply the sit-ups performance and synchronize the abdominal exercise with the upper and lower torsos.

Abstract: A fitness treadmill consists mainly of a base, two sliding rail sets and two stepping boards; each of the rail set is formed by two rails in symmetrical shape; each rail has an upper rail strip assembled on the lower rail strip and the upper and lower rail strips are implemented with one or more than one guiding section based on the stepping board moving method; whereas the two stepping boards are respectively installed with front rollers and rear rollers on the two sides for each of the stepping board set to be assembled to each sliding rail set so that the rear rollers are pressed against the upper rail strip and the front rollers are pressed against the lower rail strip for the front and rear rollers to roll along the upper and lower rails and guiding section.
