    Abstract: A system of a wireless telecommunication network may categorize each cell site of a plurality of cell sites in the network into at least one respective technical access category (TAC) of a plurality of TACs. The plurality of TACs may include one or more TACs indicating one or more characteristics of a portion of a network provided by a cell site. For each user equipment device (UE) of a plurality of UEs, the system restricts access of the UE to particular cell sites of the network based on respective TACs of the particular cell sites. The restricting access of the UE to particular cell sites may also be based on characteristics of the UE or a subscriber associated with the UE.

    Abstract: Characterizing the decay of the microstructure of a drilling fluid gel using a model based on two exponential functions. Based on the model, identify at least two components of the decay model comprising a fast decay component and a slow decay component, wherein the fast decay component decays more quickly than the slow decay component. The decay of the microstructure of the gel over a time period can be determined using a rheometer or viscometer. Wellbore processes, including start up and tripping operations can be optimized based on the determination of the fast decay component and/or a slow decay component of the drilling fluid gel.

    Abstract: In accordance with a version of the invention, graphene with a ferroelectric material is used as the transparent electrode material in an electrochromic device. The use of curved and dynamically flexing substrates enables flexible and stretchable applications for electrochromic films. Furthermore, the nonreactive and impermeable nature of graphene increases the durability of the device through increased resistance to external impurities. In addition, the incorporation of ferroelectric materials allows the device to exhibit nonvolatile usage; that is, devices can remain transparent with no external power source. Furthermore, devices may exhibit a charging effect, permitting recovery of energy stored in alignment of ferroelectric dipoles within the ferroelectric material.
