  • Publication number: 20220400987
Abstract: Paramagnetic sodium NMR biosensors and associated methods are described herein. In one embodiment, a method for detecting sodium ion irregularities in a patient can include administering a volume of metallic biosensors to a region of the patient; and detecting a volume of compartmentalized sodium ions within the region based on the administered volume of metallic biosensors, which comprises a paramagnetic cation (such as, but not limited to, a lanthanide (III) metal ion and/or a transition (II) metal ion) as the core bound to an anionic macrocyclic chelate. In some cases, the volume of compartmentalized sodium ions can further include a volume of intracellular sodium ions, a volume of interstitial sodium ions, a volume of blood sodium ions, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 11379469
Abstract: A method for validating timestamps issued by a first node in a communications network, when the first node goes offline. A platform detects disconnection of the first node and triggers a selected second node of the communications network to acquire counter information. When the first node reconnects to the communications network, counter information is retrieved from the second node and timestamped data is received from the first node. The local timestamp information and the counter information are compared to validate or not the local timestamp information. If the local timestamp information is validated, the data can be added to a distributed database such as a Blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11128439
Abstract: A method for processing data in a blockchain. It aims at securely storing data issued from devices and going through a service platform by ensuring integrity and authenticity of the data. To this end, a list of device identifiers may by associated with respective decryption means in a blockchain platform. Upon reception of a message comprising encrypted data and comprising a device identifier, the blockchain platform decrypts the first encrypted data using the decryption means that are associated with the device identifier. The decrypted data is then hashed and stored in the blockchain.
