  • Patent number: 11050700
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing communication messages (e.g., emails) and selecting corresponding actions are described. In some database systems, a user may receive multiple messages at a user device. To efficiently determine responses to these messages, the user device may send the messages to a backend server for analysis. The server may perform natural language processing (NLP) to classify the message with one or more binary classifications and may extract metadata from each message. Based on the classifications and the metadata, the server may determine one or more actions the user device may perform to respond to each message. The server may send instructions to the user device indicating the suggested actions, and the user device may display these actions as options to a user. Additionally, the user device may use the classifications and metadata to automatically generate one or more communication templates in response to the message.

  • Patent number: 10083699
Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing audio data are provided. When an encoded audio bitstream sampled at a sampling frequency is received, a resampling ratio for processing the encoded audio bitstream is computed. If the the resampling ratio is within the resampling threshold range, then the encoded audio bitstream is processed in frequency domain and a desired number of audio samples per frame are outputted according to the resampling ratio. The encoded audio bitstream is processed in frequency domain using sample rate converter integrated into a filter bank of an audio decoder. If the resampling ratio is outside the resampling threshold range, then the encoded audio bitstream is processed in time domain and a desired number of audio samples per frame are outputted according to the resampling ratio.

  • Publication number: 20130006711
Abstract: A system and method for enhancing productivity of sales and marketing operations of pharmaceutical companies is provided. The method includes collecting information pertaining to pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations from all available sources. The method further includes processing the collected information to identify a plurality of market segments, to determine performance of sales representatives, and to determine impact of sales and marketing efforts. Further, the method includes generating marketing content based on the processed information. Marketing content is generated based on feedback on previous sales and marketing materials, specific questions asked during sales interactions and new research on pharmaceutical medicines. Ultimately, pharmaceutical sales and marketing campaigns are generated based on the generated marketing content.
