Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing the trading of securities by providing systems and methods of securities, account, and position reconciliation, as well as tax lot management. In particular, data such as positions data, trade data, tax lot data can maintained in one or more data tables and subsequently reconciled, updated, and reported using agnostic data storage and access mechanisms that allow for up-to-date and accurate data monitoring, gathering, manipulation, and reporting.

According to some embodiments, the method completes a form by receiving data from different sources, allocating and assigning data attributes to the data, and determining a value for each field in the form. The method may further generate an output form that is visually the same as the original form with fields completed following the instructions in the original form.
