Abstract: Methods and systems according to one or more embodiments enable a user to easily send gifts via a client device, for example, a mobile device. In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving, by a server at a remote location, from a user via a client device, an order selecting one or more items and/or services to be sent to a recipient along with a recipient's identifier that is entered by the user on the client device, wherein the recipient's identifier is used to determine delivery information of the recipient. The method also comprises sending, by the server at the remote location, the recipient's identifier to a merchant server for fulfillment of the order. The method further comprises receiving, by the server at the remote location, confirmation of the order from the user via the client device.
