  • Publication number: 20220108116
Abstract: A method and system for navigating vehicles based on road conditions determined in real-time is disclosed. The method includes the steps of receiving a first dataset including an image of a section of a road within a Field of View (FOV) of a camera attached to a vehicle and a second dataset associated with the road. The method further includes detecting edges and a vanishing point in the image, correcting road perspectivity in the image, and determining surface anomalies in the road based on a set of parameters, the second dataset and a Time of Flight technique (ToF), creating a digital elevation model for the image, and assigning a value, in real-time, from a predefined value range to each of a plurality of grids in the image based on a digital elevation model to generate a digital elevation image. The set of parameters includes volume associated with the surface anomalies.

  • Publication number: 20220035685
Abstract: A device may receive a lock request associated with using an embedded device of a containerized environment from a first instance of an application being executed in a first container of the containerized environment. The device may perform a lock operation associated with the embedded device to permit the first instance of the application to use the embedded device and to prevent a second instance of the application, executing in a second container of the containerized environment, from using the embedded device. The device may monitor use of the embedded device during an access operation of the first instance of the application to detect an unlock event associated with unlocking the embedded device. The device may perform an unlock operation based on detecting the unlock event to permit the second instance of the application to use the embedded device.

  • Publication number: 20220038352
Abstract: A computing system for monitoring, validating, and illustrating data transfer between computing devices in an enterprise computing system receives packet header information from network sensing modules. The computing system validates the records of the collected packet header information and discards erroneous records. The computing system corrects invalidly recorded information in the records. The computing system identifies records corresponding to unidirectional and bidirectional data transfer, generating a single data transfer record for a unidirectional data transfer and a pair of data transfer records for a bidirectional data transfer. The computing system stores the data transfer records in a standard data structure accessible at a user interface. The computing system generates a graphical directionality map for display at the user interface based on the input data transfer records to depict the data transfer relationships between computing devices.

  • Publication number: 20210382862
Abstract: A computing system for managing and mapping source data and target data associated with a data transformation analyzes data quality testing data. Source data and target data include the data elements, data structures, and storage mechanisms for data associated with a data transformation. The computing system analyzes the data quality testing data for validation of the associated data transformation. The computing system identifies source data for input to the data transformation and target data for the result of the data transformation. The computing system stores identifiers associated with the source data and target data and records validated data lineage information for the data transformation. Based on a configuration, the computing system generates a data lineage map indicating the relationships between the source data and the target data associated with a number of data transformations that occur within the computing system.

  • Patent number: 10382329
Abstract: In general, techniques provide a mapping of host devices to different virtual router identifiers used to identify the source MAC address used for forwarding packets to the participating host devices. For example, a method may include receiving an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) request for a first Internet protocol (IP) address from a host device, the first IP address comprising a virtual IP address of the virtual router. The method may also include determining a virtual router redundancy protocol (VRRP) virtual router identifier (VRID) associated with the first IP address. The method may further include generating a mapping between the host device and the determined VRID. The method may also include determining a virtual source MAC address of the virtual router based on the mapping and forwarding a second packet to the host device that specifies a virtual source MAC address for the second packet.

  • Patent number: 10033667
Abstract: A configurable advertisement count and skew timer in a virtual router can be used to improve the speed with which a backup virtual router assumes the role of master upon the master router's failure. Enhanced VRRP packets having a type other than one may be used to cause MAC address movement from a failed master router to a backup router assuming the role of master router without placing an undue load on other routers in the network, such as by dropping the enhanced VRRP packets having a type other than one without processing the packets in the control plane of a receiving virtual router.
