The method further can include determining a platform-dependent format of the driver tracking information; and when the platform-dependent format is different from a standard format, converting the driver tracking information from the platform-dependent format into uniform tracking information in the standard forma. Moreover, the method can include determining an estimated time of arrival; and verifying a reliability of an estimated delivery time of the driver tracking information. The method further can include when the reliability of the estimated delivery time is verified, incorporating the estimated delivery time into the uniform tracking information; and when the reliability of the estimated delivery time is not verified, incorporating the estimated time of arrival into the uniform tracking information as the estimated delivery time.

The geo-classification for the item is a first classification at least when a sale margin for the item exceeds a first predetermined margin threshold.

Abstract: Described in detail herein are simulation systems for a production environment and related methods of use. In one exemplary system a routing application receives a request associated with one or more physical objects. Based on the request, the routing application retrieves one or more simulation profiles from a database and forwards the request and the simulation profiles to a first computing system. The first computing system hosts a simulation environment and simultaneously executes a simulation of the request for each simulation profile in the simulation environment. The first computing system generates resultant data in response to executing each simulation that may be used to alter a production application for a production environment.

Abstract: A system and method of automated driver selection is disclosed. A plurality of driver profiles and a first order are received. Each of the driver profiles includes at least one driver parameter. The first order includes at least one order parameter. A driver score is calculated for each of the plurality of driver profiles for the first order. The driver score is calculated based on the at least one driver parameter and the at least one order parameter. Each driver profile is ranked based on the calculated driver score and a first delivery assignment request is transmitted to a system associated with a first-ranked driver profile. A response is received to the first delivery assignment request.

Abstract: Delivery blocks are generated to facilitate matching and assigning available delivery resources with expected delivery requirements for a given facility. These delivery blocks are generated by evaluating delivery forecast information for items to be delivered as a function of characterizing information for the delivery resources and delivery parameters corresponding to the given facility. Delivery blocks may include more than one delivery to a given delivery destination and instead may include a plurality of deliveries to various delivery destinations. Should a given delivery block that includes two or more delivery destinations require reassignment, that delivery block can be divided into child blocks that each provide for only a single delivery destination.
