Abstract: A mulching assembly includes a vacuum that may be positioned to facilitate the vacuum to suck debris from a support surface. A handle is coupled to the vacuum such that the handle may be gripped. A mulcher is coupled to the vacuum and the mulcher mulches the debris. A canister is provided that may be positioned on the support surface. The canister is fluidly coupled to the vacuum such that the canister may receive the mulched debris from the vacuum.

Abstract: Disclosed is a splash guard that can be permanently or removably attached to a toilet seat. The splash guard includes an elongated, rectangular panel that can be secured to the underside of a toilet seat about the opening thereof. The panel is flexible so that it may be curved similarly to the opening of the toilet seat. The panel further includes an upper edge having an adhesive thereon that can be secured to the underside of the toilet seat so that the panel is perpendicular thereto. The upper edge may further include a flange thereon to provide additional surface area for securing the panel to a toilet seat. When installed, the panel extends downward into the toilet bowl and serves to deflect splashed liquid from within the toilet bowl so as to prevent the liquid from escaping the toilet bowl through the gap between the toilet bowl and toilet seat.

Abstract: An artificial hand assembly for use in training manicurists has a base upon which the hand is mounted at an upwardly extending angle thereto. The hand has removable fingertips having artificial nails therein. In one embodiment the hand is movable with respect to the base about one axis. In another embodiment of the invention, the hand is movable with respect to the base about two axes normal to each other. In still another embodiment the hand is movable with respect to the base in any desired direction or orientation without regard to any discrete axis, by means of a ball and socket connection to the base.

Abstract: A method and compound having betamethasone dipropionate and all-trans-retinoic is disclosed for the treatment of hair loss. The method also includes identifying any underlying conditions causing hair loss and administration of a salve of betamethasone dipropionate and all-trans-retinoic acid to the affected areas.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for treating keloid scaring. The method includes application of a concentrated solution of glycolic acid in the range of 20-70% by weight to the skin for a period of time sufficient to promote atrophy of the scar. After a sufficient time, the tissue is washed with soap and water to remove the acid and loosen tissue.
