  • Patent number: 11685847
Abstract: Adhesives for use on user-to-mask interfaces of a respiratory mask and methods of preparing the same are provided. The adhesive includes greater than or equal to about 1 wt. % to less than or equal to about 15 wt. % of one or more glycerides; greater than or equal to about 0.50 wt. % to less than or equal to about 5 wt. % of one or more polyacrylates; greater than or equal to about 1 wt. % to less than or equal to about 10 wt. % of one or more polyethers; greater than or equal to about 25 wt. % to less than or equal to about 45 wt. % of one or more N-vinylpyrrolidone polymers; and a balance of water. The method includes forming a first aqueous mixture, forming a second aqueous mixture, and admixing the first aqueous mixture and the second aqueous mixture to form a substantially homogeneous mixture that defines the adhesive.

  • Patent number: 11634325
Abstract: The invention relates to an absorber column and to the use thereof for separation of unwanted, especially acidic, gas constituents, for example carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, from a crude synthesis gas by absorption with an absorbent, especially under low load states of the absorber column in relation to the synthesis gas velocity. According to the invention, a defined concentration of carbon dioxide in the clean synthesis gas is established by mixing at least a portion of the absorbent regenerated by flash regeneration with the absorbent regenerated by means of hot regeneration prior to the recycling thereof into the absorber column.

  • Patent number: 8578422
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for selecting services in a television system using graphical indications displayed on a screen. The invention comprises in particular the steps of: (a) determining a first list (30) of services, the first list being a subset of a second list; (b) displaying at least a part of the first list, ordered according to a predetermined criterion; (c) selecting a service present in the second list, but not in the first list; (d) displaying a visual indicator (39) marking the relative location, according to the predetermined criterion, of the selected service in the first list (30). The invention also relates to the terminal for the implementation of the process.

  • Patent number: 8058498
Abstract: Process for removing oxygen-containing organic compounds from mixtures of hydrocarbon compounds, in which a liquid phase (1) containing hydrocarbons and oxygenates is charged to a first column (3), a light fraction is separated as top product (5) by distillation, and that a heavier C4+ fraction is removed from the bottom, the light fraction (5) and a gaseous mixture of hydrocarbons and oxygenates (2) is charged to a second column (7), and separated into a light and a heavy hydrocarbon fraction distillation, and an additional solvent (6) is supplied to the upper part of the second column (7), which dissolves the oxygenates and, the solvent and oxygenates being discharged as bottom product (9) and a hydrocarbon product (8), which is free from oxygenates leaves the top of the column (7). The solvent optionally is wholly or partly regenerated and recirculated to the extractive distillation column.
