Abstract: Included are embodiments for information compliance risk assessment. Some embodiments include providing a plurality of questions to a user to determine a characteristic of a project that a user wishes to perform, determining, from the characteristic, a compliance area that is associated with the project, and determining a compliance officer associated with the compliance area to assist in completing the project. Some embodiments include determining a policy within the compliance area for completing the project, receiving an indication of compliance with the policy from the user, and providing the compliance officer with access to the indication of compliance and an option to indicate that the compliance area has been completed with adherence to the policy. Still some embodiments include receiving conformation from the compliance officer that the compliance area has been completed with adherence to the policy and providing the indication to the user for display.
