Abstract: A multi-color faux art palette system includes a number of liquid pigments of different colors and a palette having a resilient substrate having an upper and a bottom surface. The bottom surface includes a handle integrally dependent from the bottom surface of the substrate. Upon the top surface are secured discrete substantially planar color-absorbent sponges, arranged in a pattern to define a faux-art pattern of interest, each sponge having a bottom surface integrally dependent from the upper surface of the resilient substrate. Opposing edges of the planar sponges are separated from each other by a distance sufficient to preclude contact between them when the sponges are compressed against a planar surface.
