Abstract: A hand-held sign with a handle having a portion forcibly insertable inside structure spacing apart opposite sides of a sign board. The handle may provide positive retaining structure to resist decoupling of the handle and sign board, or may be attached through a friction fit. Preferred handle embodiments provide a plurality of tines which are inserted into channel structure of a sign board. Preferred sign boards display a patriotic graphic on one face, and a suggested ranking, or score, on the opposite face.
