  • Patent number: 9506187
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for dyeing a material using a dyed nanocellulose dispersion, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for water in dyeing materials, such as fabrics and textiles. A dyed nanocellulose dispersion or gel may be prepared from wood pulp fibers using a homogenizer and a dye, wherein the dyed nanocellulose dispersion comprises nanosized cellulose fibrils. The dyed nanocellulose gel may comprise an approximate concentration of 0.5% to 6%. The dyed nanocellulose dispersion may be applied to a material, such as a fabric or textile material. The fabric or textile material can be dried resulting in a dyed material.

  • Patent number: 8851459
Abstract: An elastic device structure includes two identical connection seats and multiple elastic members. Each connection seat is defined with a central line and has a protruding connection section and a connected section. The connection section and connected section are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the central line. A laterally protruding lateral hook is disposed on the connection section. The connected section is formed with a receiving channel for receiving the connection section of the other connection seat. A stop raised block is disposed in the receiving channel and positioned at a dead end of slide paths of the lateral hook. Multiple receiving sockets are disposed beside the connection section and connected section. Two end sections of the elastic members respectively extend into the receiving sockets, whereby the two connection seats are elastically slidable relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20100267276
Abstract: A strap with transmission line functionality includes a strap body, a first connecting end and a second connecting end. The strap body has at least one signal line wrapped therein. The first connecting end is disposed at one end of the strap body and the second connecting end is disposed at an opposite end of the strap body so that signals can be transmitted between the first connecting end and the second connecting end via the signal line disposed in the strap body. The first connecting end is directly fixed to and electrically connected with an electronic product, and a signal connector is also disposed at the second connecting end to connect with an external device. The strap body is substantially looped into a circular form so as to be used as a wrist strap or a neck strap of the electronic product.

  • Publication number: 20010052723
Abstract: The invention resides in a new reinforced furniture strut, a method of constructing furniture in a modular fashion using a reinforcing strut and a method of constructing a chair in modular fashion incorporating the reinforcing strut for narrow package shipping. This invention satisfies the long felt need of providing furniture that may be repeatedly assembled and disassembled without substantial wear and damage to the furniture materials, yet result in a stable, high-quality piece of furniture, and without unappealing external bracing or the like. The present invention solves these problems by providing a strut containing a metal (or other rigid material) rod encased in the material the furniture is constructed of. The ends of the rod are threaded to allow the strut to be affixed to the furniture piece with a nut or bolt. These reinforcing struts appear to be ordinary furniture components but instead possess the strength of metal.
