A fusion splice part is reinforced by a reinforcing sleeve and the ferrule optical fiber being integral by the reinforcing sleeve moves within a stopper.

The present invention is characterized in that a process of stripping sheathing from an optical fiber and cutting, cleaning and welding processes can be conducted using a single apparatus.
