  • Patent number: 10109424
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-layer capacitor. The multi-layer capacitor of the present invention includes a main body formed by alternately stacking a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of inner electrode layers, in which all the plurality of dielectric layers are poled in a same direction; a cover layer for covering and protecting the main body from outside; and outer electrodes electrically connected to the inner electrode layers to apply voltage to the inner electrode layers. Since deformation is offset overall in the multi-layer capacitor of the present invention, the piezoelectric effect occurs in an opposite direction in each of adjacent dielectric layers due to the poling process, and thus the present invention has an effect of reducing vibration and noise.
