  • Patent number: 10030908
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a natural gas liquefaction process using a single refrigeration cycle adopting a mixed refrigerant, and therefore having a simple structure and thus a compact system which is easy to operate, and further, after the mixed refrigerant is separated into two refrigerant parts, the two refrigerant parts are not mixed with each other but go through condensing (cooling), expanding, heat-exchanging, and compressing stages individually, and thus, optimal temperature and pressure conditions are applied to each of the separated refrigerant parts to increase efficiency of the liquefaction process.

  • Patent number: 9884404
Abstract: Foam items may be buffed using particles such as particulate sodium bicarbonate in accordance with the present invention. Foam items may be, for example, expanded EVA foam items pre-formed into an intermediate size and shape. A skin layer may be formed during the expansion of the foam item to form an expanded foam item which may be entirely or partially removed by buffing the item using particles projected with selected buffing parameters. The buffing parameters may be varied based upon the thickness of at least a portion of the skin layer and/or the desired degree of moldability for the foam item after buffing. Particulate sodium bicarbonate or other types of particles used for buffing may be recycled and reused for further buffing of foam items.

  • Publication number: 20170323862
Abstract: A wafer level fan out semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A first sealing part is formed on lateral surfaces of a semiconductor die. A plurality of redistribution layers are formed on surfaces of the semiconductor die and the first sealing part, and solder balls are attached to the redistribution layers. The solder balls are arrayed on the semiconductor die and the first sealing part. In addition, a second sealing part is formed on the semiconductor die, the first sealing part and lower portions of the solder balls. The solder balls are exposed to the outside through the second sealing part. Since the first sealing part and the second sealing part are formed of materials having thermal expansion coefficients which are the same as or similar to each other, warpage occurring to the wafer level fan out semiconductor device can be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20150253073
Abstract: Provided is a re-liquefying method for a stored liquid which has a simple structure or operation and excellent process efficiency. Since the method does not use separate refrigerant, the structure or operation in the re-liquefying method is significantly simplified. In addition, since a portion of a main stream is separated to form a cycle similar to a refrigerant cycle which cools the mainstream, the process efficiency of the re-liquefying method is significantly improved. The above Abstract is a more accurate literal translation of the abstract from the original priority application than the PCT abstract.
