Abstract: A stand for a display having a base, a supporting case mounted on the base, a supporting member mounted inside the supporting case and having an end seated on the base to support the weight of the display, and a mounting bracket engaged with the the other end of the supporting member, to mount the display. This stand supports the weight of a large-sized display and allows a user to swivel the display around an axis of the supporting member, and change the distance between the base and the display.

Abstract: A projection apparatus includes a screen to display a picture thereon, an upper cabinet to support the screen, an optical engine provided in a lower portion of the upper cabinet to project an image beam toward the screen, a circuit unit to drive the optical engine, a lower cabinet to accommodate the optical engine and the circuit unit, and a partition plate provided in the lower cabinet to partition the lower cabinet into an upper accommodating portion and a lower accommodating portion to allow the lower cabinet to separately accommodate the optical engine and the circuit unit. In the projection apparatus, the optical engine and the driving circuit are separated from each other, thereby improving a cooling efficiency and a working efficiency, and providing a design having various appearances.

Abstract: Installation equipment for mounting a display main body onto an installation surface, includes a link assembly including a first link having a first end rotatably attached to the installation surface, a second link having a first end rotatably attached to the display main body and a second end rotatably attached to a second end of the second link, and a spring member provided in at least one joint area of the first and second links and elastically biasing the display main body toward a wall; a lower supporting bracket attached to the installation surface and rotatably supporting a lower back of the display main body; and an upper supporting bracket attached to the installation surface and supporting the link assembly. The present invention provides installation equipment and a jig which have a simple structure and are convenient for mounting the display main body onto a wall.

Abstract: A cathode-ray tube (CRT) assembly of a projection television includes a CRT for creating an image, a lens for magnifying the image created in the CRT and projecting the image onto a screen, and a coupler disposed between the CRT and the lens. A cooling liquid receptacle is provided within the coupler, and is filled with a cooling liquid. For that purpose, a cooling liquid pouring inlet is disposed on one side of the coupler for pouring the cooling liquid into the cooling liquid receptacle, and an oilpack is connected to the cooling liquid receptacle so that a portion of the cooling liquid is contained therein when the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid receptacle expands due to heat generated by the CRT. The oilpack comprises a sealed space, a pack holder disposed between the sealed space and the cooling liquid pouring inlet, and an oilpack coupling mechanism formed on the pack holder.

Abstract: A projection television comprising: a screen displaying a picture; a body casing combining with the screen, a supporting unit provided inside the body casing and supporting the bottom of the screen, and a drain hole formed on the bottom of the supporting unit and discharging moisture permeated into the screen. The projection television discharges the moisture permeated along the screen, thereby preventing the deterioration of the screen.

With this configuration, the present invention provides a display apparatus with a high quality of a picture image, that prevents a sustain noise by blocking electromagnetic interference between the video board and electric circuit components. The present invention also provides convenient access for after-sale maintenance and upgrade of the video board and the electric circuit components.

Abstract: A display supporting apparatus includes an upper engaging part mounted on a ceiling, a swivel adjusting part rotatably combined with bottom of the upper engaging part, a flange member combined with the upper engaging part to support the swivel adjusting part, a first engaging pipe extended downward from the swivel adjusting part, and a display mounting part combined with a bottom of the first engaging pipe to mount a display thereon. Accordingly, the present invention includes a display supporting apparatus to support a large-sized display in a stable manner without a separate casing for the display, and further provides swiveling, tilting and height adjustment of a display with the use of engaging pipes.
