The oligopeptide of the present invention has an advantage in that the molecular weight thereof is less than that of an antibody, and thus the risk of an immune response is low, and it has better tissue permeability. The oligopeptide can exhibit the effect of inhibiting the proliferation of malignant tumors by selectively acting on cancer cells or cancer tissue.
