  • Publication number: 20250218018
Abstract: A system for Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) for a mobility vehicle includes a camera configured to acquire a front image of the mobility vehicle and a movement data sensor configured to detect movement data of the mobility vehicle. The system also includes a controller configured to receive the front image from the camera and detect a feature point from the front image. The controller is also configured to receive the movement data from the movement data sensor, track the detected feature point, and store a state of tracking the feature point. The state is selected from a first state indicating that a previously tracked first feature point is being tracked normally, a second state indicating that the first feature point has been lost and a second feature point is being tracked, and a third state indicating that the first and second feature points have been lost.

  • Publication number: 20250216218
Abstract: A method of generating a score map for a mobility can include loading, by a controller of the mobility, a local map including a plurality of cells, scanning, by a surrounding environment scanning unit mounted on the mobility, a surrounding environment of the mobility, recognizing, by the controller, a surrounding terrain of the mobility from information on the surrounding environment of the mobility, generating, by the controller, a first score map corresponding to the terrain, generating, by the controller, a vector map corresponding to the terrain, converting, by the controller, the vector map to a second score map, and generating, by the controller, a final score map based on the first score map and the second score map. A method can further include controlling driving for a mobility. A system of controlling driving of a mobility by using the final score map is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250209652
Abstract: A system for simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) includes a Lidar sensor configured to detect a feature point in front of a vehicle and a camera configured to acquire a front image of the vehicle. The system also includes a controller configured to receive data on the feature point from the Lidar sensor and the front image from the camera, search for the feature point from the front image, set the feature point received from the Lidar sensor and the feature point searched from the front image as a point cloud (PCL), and perform SLAM based on the feature point in the PCL. The controller is further configured to remove a feature point satisfying a removal condition from the PCL in response to an arrival of an object search cycle, and add a newly searched feature point after a previous object search cycle to the PCL.

  • Publication number: 20250137806
Abstract: An embodiment method of generating a local map for travel control of a mobility includes loading the local map from an entire map stored in a memory, wherein the local map includes at least a portion of the entire map, acquiring a two-dimensional (2D) light detection and ranging (LiDAR) point data from a LiDAR mounted on the mobility, acquiring a three-dimensional (3D) feature point data by receiving a front image of the mobility from a camera mounted on the mobility, reducing a dimension of the 3D feature point data to a 2D feature point data, binding the 2D feature point data to the 2D LiDAR point data, and publishing the 2D feature point data bound to the 2D LiDAR point data on the local map.

  • Publication number: 20230382968
Abstract: Immune cells expressing IL-7, CCL19, or a combination thereof, and a composition containing the immune cells, which is useful for preventing or treating cancer or infectious diseases are disclosed. A method for preventing or treating cancer or infectious diseases, which include administering a therapeutically effective amount of single type of immune cells, specifically natural killer cells, is also disclosed. Complementary immune responses between the patient's endogenous T cells and injected natural killer cells exhibit multifaceted and synergistic therapeutic effects. Co-administration of T cells and the immune cells other than T cells, specifically natural killer cells, also significantly improves therapeutic effects by allowing these heterogeneous cell populations to act in a lesion-concentrated manner.
